TIPS & TRICKS FOR PREPPING

SEABEAR DID AN AMAZING JOB

SeaBear did an amazing job from packaging to delivering. The sablefish is as good as they say. It melts in your mouth with a wonderful buttery taste. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in trying it.

BEST SALMON, AWESOME COMPANY

We are customers of about 8 years now. And this is the best salmon we have ever eaten. We live in Texas and when our order arrives, it is well packaged, safe and sanitary, and fresh without spoiling. The flavor is awesome.

OUTSTANDING!

The copper river salmon is so fresh! The color is stunningly beautiful n tastes even better. I appreciate how SeaBear communicates with you .about your order and keep you updated. I love their products. A few bones in the filets but easily removed when cooked. Didn't bother us at all!

FAQS

Your Fresh & Wild fillet will ship fresh, never frozen. It should arrive cool to the touch on gel ice packs. Our fresh events ship with expedited shipping and are packaged in insulated bags that keep them cool.

We work with different fishing companies and have many catch locations for our Fresh & Wild Events. Your order will come with an insert that will give you details of where the product came from. Some of our most favorite catch locations are Columbia River, Salish Sea, Prince William Sound, Cook Inlet, and of course Copper River!

Your fresh fillet can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Upon arrival please rinse the fillets in cold water, pat dry and refrigerate. The fresh fillet can be frozen & will keep in the freezer for approximately 30 days; once thawed it should be cooked and used within 1-2 days. We recommend after rinsing the fillets and patting dry, to wrap in a plastic wrap and then in a freezer bag before freezing.
