Storing Jumbo Bake-at-Home Croissants: 

Place in freezer upon arrival. Must be stored frozen at or below 0°F. Can be stored in the freezer for up to four months without any loss of rising abilities. 

 

Storing Nova Style Smoked Sockeye Salmon: 

Pouches will keep in the freezer for approximately 6 months. Once thawed, keep refrigerated for up to 30 days. Once you open a pouch, please enjoy it within 2-3 days. 

 

Thawing Jumbo Bake-at-Home Croissants: 

Place four croissants on a non-greased baking sheet approximately 4” apart. Cover lightly with plastic wrap and allow to rise overnight, un-refrigerated. Please thaw on the sheet you will use to cook, as croissants may fall when/if transferred. 

 

Baking Instructions for Jumbo Bake-at-Home Croissants: 

Place in pre-heated 375°F oven and bake for 20 minutes or until golden in color. Enjoy!!! 

 

Serving Suggestions for Nova Style Smoked Sockeye Salmon: 

Your Nova style smoked salmon is ready to serve and enjoy. Allow it to thaw overnight in the refrigerator, allowing at least 8-10 hours. We recommend serving it with crackers, slices of your favorite artisan breads, soft mild cheeses, thin slices of apple, sliced onions and capers. Also, try dipping Nova salmon in a mix of soy sauce and wasabi (Japanese horseradish). When choosing a wine, we recommend a nice refreshing white, such as Pinot Gris.

This is the classic "cold smoked" preparation - often referred to as "Nova style"or "lox" - which comes pre-sliced in thin, tender silky smooth slices. Smokemaster and European-trained Chef Dominique Place uses a fruit wood blend and a proprietary brine to create his signature tastes of the rich, red, robust wild Sockeye salmon. The result will thrill you and your guests!
 

Bake at home Croissants:

These not-to-be missed croissants were created by a local Frenchman who moved to the U.S. 25 years ago, and yearned for the authentic, buttery-rich croissants he grew up with back home. He hand-rolled his all-natural secret dough, rich in fresh farm butter, into jumbo-sized croissants, then flash-freezes them, unbaked.

You let them thaw and rise overnight; each croissant will almost triple in size by morning, when you simply bake for a hot, airy, fresh buttery delight. Perfect for brunch (served with smoked salmon, of course!), or a family breakfast treat.
