Wild Salmon Meat and Pasta Salad
1lb pouch of Wild Salmon Meat
1 cup chopped Asparagus (blanched)
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
3/4 cup cherry tomatoes halved
1/2 cup Feta cheese
2 cups bow-tie pasta
2 cups salad greens
Cook Wild Salmon Meat over medium heat until the color turns a light pink (3-5 minutes).
Toss salmon with asparagus, bell peppers, and cherry tomatoes.
Lay on a bed of bow-tie pasta and salad greens.
Crumble Feta cheese on top.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
