Wild Salmon Fillets with Italian tomato sauce
Six 6 oz. SeaBear Wild Salmon Dinner Fillets
4 large tomatoes chopped chunky
4 cloves garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
4 tsp salt (optional)
3 tsp black pepper
4 tsp oregano
Mix tomatoes, garlic, oil, salt, pepper and oregano.
Serve atop the grilled (baked, or broiled) salmon. So delicious!
