Wild Salmon & Capers
Salt-cured Sicilian capers (or capers in brine)
Wild Salmon (Nova Style Smoked, or Cooked non-smoked)
Plain (low fat) Greek Yogurt
Melba Toast rounds
Rinse the capers thoroughly, if salt cured.
Top Melba toast rounds with a dollop of Greek yogurt, Wild Salmon, and a few capers.
