Norwegian Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients

4 eggs
2 Potatoes diced
3 tbsp butter 1 lb Smoked salmon, diced
Parsley
1 slice of Norwegian cheese
8 tbsp milk 

Instructions

Put one tbsp butter in skillet, and brown potatoes. Add 2 tbsp butter, eggs, salmon, and milk. Stir and scramble. 
Remove to plates. Garnish with parsley and small pieces of one slice of Norwegian cheese.
