Mussels Steamed in Chardonnay broth
1 1/2 cup Chicken Broth or Bottled Clam Juice
3/4 cup Chardonnay
1/3 cup diced Roma Tomato
1/3 cup sliced Green Onion
1/8 cup chopped Fresh Garlic (less is ok)
1/3 cup chopped Fresh Parsley
Mix all together & use - Chardonnay broth will be enough to steam 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 pounds mussels and/or clams.
