Baked Salmon with Honey & Herbs
1 lb Wild salmon filet
Virgin olive oil
1/4 Tsp Blackening spice
1 Tbsp Chopped garlic
1/4 Tsp Rosemary
1/4 Tsp Basil
1/4 Tsp Parsley
Seasoned bread crumbs
Rinse and pat dry salmon filet, place in baking dish. Rub filet with a light coating of virgin olive oil. Next apply blackening spice, honey, garlic, and herbs.
Apply light coating of parmesan cheese and light coating of bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve with your favorite wine and salad.
