Angelica-Cucumber Sauce
Ingredients
1 large peeled cucumber
seeds removed & diced
1-cup plain yogurt
1 tsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp Angelica
½ tsp garlic puree
¼ tsp dill
Instructions
Combine all ingredients thoroughly in food processor and refrigerate until serving.
