TO BAKE: DO NOT THAW BEFORE BAKING

Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 330 degrees F. Remove pie from bag. Bake for 80-85 minutes Ovens may vary, adjust time and temperature accordingly.
Conventional Oven: Preheat to 375 degrees F. Bake for 90-105 minutes.

Note: It's important to bake the pie fully, or there may be undissolved sugar, or sugar lumps at the bottom of the pie. It is normal for the pie to bubble.

Tip: Place pie on a baking sheet in case the filling bubbles to avoid any sugar dripping & burning on the bottom of your oven.
Allow to cool.

STORAGE: Keep pie completely frozen until ready to bake. Use within 1 year.

Each pie is made with only the finest, all-natural ingredients by our friends at Willamette Valley Pie Company. Here, they make each pie by hand and from scratch with Pacific Northwest Apples. We love how these rustic pies are so cozy and comforting, while bringing home the taste of the harvest festival at our favorite Washington apple orchards.

At the Smokehouse, we top these with vanilla bean ice cream and devour after a salmon BBQ.

Serves 8-10. Each 9” pie is 40 oz.
