GRILLING: Preheat your grill to high. Season and oil each steak. Grill 4–6 minutes per side until a meat thermometer reaches desired doneness.

OVEN BROILER: Preheat your broiler to high. Season and oil each steak. Broil 4–6 minutes per side until a meat thermometer reaches desired doneness.

120°–130°F for Rare 140°–150°F for Medium
130°–140°F for Medium Rare 150°–160°F for Well Done
