These not-to-be missed croissants were created by a local Frenchman who moved to the U.S. 25 years ago, and yearned for the authentic, buttery-rich croissants he grew up with back home. He hand-rolled his all-natural secret dough, rich in fresh farm butter, into jumbo-sized croissants, then flash-freezes them, unbaked.
You let them thaw and rise overnight; each croissant will almost triple in size by morning, when you simply bake for a hot, airy, fresh buttery delight. Perfect for brunch (served with smoked salmon, of course!) or a family breakfast treat.
Keep frozen; use as needed. 4 oz. each
Add 6 croissants to any order that ships on ice for $15
Here's what customers are saying about our Bake-at-Home Jumbo Croissants:
"Thank you. My son and daughter-in-law were delighted with the croissants. They were my daughter-in-law's suggestion for my son's birthday. They arrived earlier than his birthday. She hid them in the basement freezer. On the morning of his birthday she had a card for him that said to look in the basement freezer. She then served him the croissants that she had prepared for his breakfast. You, she, and I teamed to make this gift a special treat." B Stanford
