Nova Style Smoked Salmon Pinwheels

Simply slice and serve for elegant entertaining. SeaBear's thinly sliced Nova Style Smoked Sockeye Salmon is wrapped around our famous Smoked Salmon Spread and rolled into 9" pinwheel logs. Slice into the size pinwheels you desire (we recommend ½" inch) and you've got easy, delicious appetizers. Pinwheels come frozen, so they are easy to slice.

Each Smoked Salmon Pinwheels order contains two 9" pinwheel logs (makes 36 pinwheels, ½" each). Ships on ice

Smoked Salmon Pinwheels
We create these by rolling our Nova Style Smoked Sockeye salmon around our famous Smoked Salmon Spread. Keep the log frozen until approximately 30 minutes before you plan to serve. Thaw for several minutes, and while the log is still frozen slice into ½ inch Pinwheels. Arrange Pinwheels on a tray and serve, or place them on skewers to create “smoked salmon lollipops!”
