All four of these SeaBear smoked salmon appetizers can be kept frozen for up to six months.
To thaw before using, we recommend thawing in the refrigerator overnight (please note: Smoked Salmon Pinwheels must be kept frozen until you are ready to slice the log into individual Pinwheels).
Once thawed, each item should be kept refrigerated until serving, and should be used within about 7 days.
