Ingredients: Lobster, puff pastry, (USDA grade AA butter, unbleached flour, water, salt, lemon juice), cream, milk, water, butter, tomato paste, salt, sherry, modified food starch, sugar, spices, natural flavor, autolyzed yeast extract, cod liver oil, whey, corn syrup solids, onion powder.

Preparation Instructions:
Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator overnight or for several hours. Preheat oven to 425°. Bake on sheet pan for 15 minutes or until pastry has begun to puff. Reduce heat to 350° and continue baking for another 10 minutes until pastry is golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 3-5 minutes before serving.
 
Serving Suggestions:
Serve as an appetizer or entree with a salad made of fresh greens, grapefruit, and apple slices. Goes best with a crisp white wine or champagne.
