To Prepare your Dungeness Crab Bisque:

Empty pouch into a saucepan, stir in 1.5 cups of half & half (or heavy cream). Slowly bring bisque to a gentle boil, (be careful no t to scorch), reduce heat to a simmer and stir constantly for 2-3 minutes (simmer longer for a thicker texture); or microwave until hot. Note: DO NOT place pouch in microwave
