Directions for Use For the Chowders:
Empty the pouch into a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl. Stir in 1½ cups of milk or half & half (you can also use low-fat milk).
 
Heat gently over medium heat, stirring often, or microwave until hot. Let stand for about 3 minutes before serving.
 
Directions for Use For the Bisque:
 
Empty the pouch into a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl. Stir in 1½ cups of half & half (you can also use heavy cream).
 
Slowly bring bisque to a boil, stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes (be careful not to scorch), then once boiling reduce heat and let simmer for 15-20 minutes. You can also microwave until hot.

Note: Do not place pouch in microwave - always empty contents into another container.
Our chowders and soups have a shelf life of approximately three years unopened, and can be stored for 3-5 days in the fridge once they have been opened.

To find out when your chowder or soup was produced, look on the back of your pouch, either near the top or above the ingredients you'll see a string of letters and numbers. It'll look something like this :
