PREPARATION
Thaw product in refrigerator overnight. Preheat oven to 325F. Place on parchment lined baking pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until inside temperature of the Brie reaches 160F. Let product "rest" for at least 10 minutes before cutting.
 
It is not unusual for a little cheese to leak out during baking.
Storing
Refrigerate or Freeze upon arrival

Brie with Crab en Croute will keep in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Once thawed, Brie must be baked and cannot be refrozen.
