Bake-at-Home Artisan Breads

These par-baked artisan breads are made by a small family-operated bakery in Anacortes, Washington. The bakers handcraft the breads in the French tradition; and you finish them in your oven.
The breads are naturally leavened using only water, flour, salt, and yeast. Handmade in free-form loaves for a rustic appearance.
Sourdough Bread - Speckled with whole wheat, it's made from natural grape yeasts.
French Bread- Airy with a crisp crust, it's great with chowders, crab, or SeaBear salmon spread.
Campagne Bread - A round peasant loaf with a chewy crust and sweet, moist interior.
Olive Loaf - Studded with tangy Greek olives, it rises for three days for a full, robust flavor.
Please note that these Breads ship via FedEx 2-Day Air, but without ice. Ships on ice
