Our Handcrafted Way
Since our founding in 1957, SeaBear has featured 100% pure, natural
wild salmon, from the clear, cold waters of
Alaska (less than 1% of Alaskan salmon meets our specifications).
Every fillet of our signature smoked salmon goes through 15
steps, with every step done by hand, over a
full 2 days in our small-batch custom smokehouse.
The result…a moist, flaky, fully cooked salmon unlike any
other in the world.
