At SeaBear, the term we use to describe our product line is “Seafood, Surrounded”:
Wild salmon, at the center of our bullseye – Wild salmon is what SeaBear was
founded upon, today it remains our most popular seafood, and we expect it to be
for many years to come. We are dedicated to using only 100% wild salmon, virtually
all caught wild in the clear, cold waters of Alaska, home to the most abundant
wild salmon runs in the world (we also try to buy a small amount locally, to
support our fishing community). Wild salmon is superior in color, texture and
richness of oil content … the source of a salmon's natural flavor. SeaBear selects
only the best of the best: less than 1% of all Alaskan Salmon meets SeaBear's standards.
We surround our wild salmon with other great artisan seafood – Today our
products include Alaskan halibut, a full range of premier crab (including the
highly distinctive Norwegian Red King Crab), oysters, tuna, prawns, lobster and
premier whitefish offerings, such as Sablefish.
Finally, we surround all this great seafood with foods and cooking tools which
bring the seafood experience to life – Our sauces and rubs help make at-home
preparation of world-class meals simple. Our cooking planks and grilling planks
add an aromatic flair to seafood prepared at home. Specialty breads, accompaniments
and desserts complete the seafood dining experience. We are always on the hunt for
new ideas which help you enjoy our products and create a seafood experience to share.
