Tom Savidge Award - Named for the founder of SeaBear, the Tom Savidge Award is given
to employees who have taken SeaBear's success to heart, offering ideas, building
teamwork, and fueling a passion for thrilling our customers. Each quarter, employees
nominate their fellow SeaBearians for this important award, and winners are recognized
