Position: | Direct to Consumer Inventory Manager |

Job Description: | The Inventory Manager oversees day-to-day inventory management for the direct-to-consumer sales channel for SeaBear brand, Made in Washington brand, and all drop ship accounts. In this role, the Inventory Manager is responsible for ensuring that inventory meets demand, from ordering, through accurate and correct real time tracking, through effective processing of orders on a daily basis. The position will manage the division’s Syspro system; driving the inventory management system to reduce shrink, improve turns, and maintain proper stock levels; managing the daily processing of direct-to-consumer orders to get them ready for the distribution team to pick, pack and ship; and creating strategic process and system improvements to enable everyone throughout the company to better serve our customers. The position will report directly to the Vice President. Duties for this position include, but are not limited to - Ordering & receiving of all merchandise in Syspro ensuring appropriate quantity is received and accounted for in the system.
- Scheduling & overseeing cycle counts and monthly DTC inventories.
- Scheduling and managing inventories.
- Developing an effective re-order system for all products.
Direct liaison with purchasing, production, quality & shipping staff to ensure goods and products arrive as scheduled, are in good order,stored correctly andshipped to customers on time. Ensures that weekly and monthly reports are generated timely. Order Processing: responsible for processing all DTC orders. Hiring & training of holiday staff in processing. Assist in driving the company culture in the department while inspiring the team to be the best distribution center in the industry
