At SeBear we ship your order one of several ways depending on
the type of product. Please indicate delivery date preference. If none is specified,
we will ship your order within 48 business hours. For delivery to Alaska,
Hawaii, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico, please call for information.
Ground Shipping
Items packaged in our famous Gold Seal Pouch require no refrigeration, and are
shipped using standard ground delivery service (specific carrier depends on
location). Gold Seal products are vacuum-sealed in the pouch, and then cooked
in their own juice - this preserves the product naturally, so no refrigeration
is required until the pouch is opened.

Delivery of these items typically takes 4-6 business days
Standard ground shipping is also used for any other item not requiring
refrigeration - if no symbol at all appears, the item is shipped via standard
ground service.
2-Day Air Express
For items that require refrigeration, we ship via 2-Day Air Express (specific
carrier depends on location). These products are flash-frozen, to lock in their
natural flavor and nutrients, and shipped on dry ice in a reusable Styrofoam cooler.

These items ship via 2-Day Air Express Service at our standard shipping charge.
These items can only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
Several of our items marked "Ships on Ice" are shipped with gel ice packs, rather
than dry ice, because those items need to be delivered without freezing, specifically:
fresh Oysters and Mussels; Alaskan Red King Crab; Straight from the
River and Exclusively Yours.
Of course, any item can be upgraded to Express service for an additional $9.99 per address,
or Guaranteed Overnight delivery service (except on Saturday) for an additional $22.00 per address.
